shipping/pick-up&terms

1. shipping costs exclude duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from us when shipping internationally. The buyer is responsible for paying these fees.

2. shipment is worldwide and takes place within 4 business days. should you need your item to arrive quicker, please email to almondinaglass@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to get it to you on time. pick up in Amsterdam is possible (select this option through checkout, only works on google chrome)

3. almond in a glass is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping service. 

4. should a shipment go missing, please contact the shipping service. Almond in a glass can not be held accountable for late or lost shipments.

5. should an item get damaged during shipping, please contact almond in a glass directly to discuss what further steps can be taken. Costs for returns are not refunded.

6. all sales are final.
